Return and Refund Policy

 

Section 1: ORDER RETURN.

1. The store has a strict no return, no exchange policy. Please make sure you are ordering a correct item. If you made a mistake please call us immediately so we can fix your order before it has left the store.

 

Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.

2.2 Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.

 

2.3 In case your order was lost during delivery and you did not receive it, please give us a call immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem in your favor. In rare cases it may take up to 10 days to complete the investigation and issue a refund, but in general you will see a refund in less than a week. 

 

Gifts, Limited and Special Edition Bottles

 

Dear Customers, We kindly ask you to consider that gift box designs may vary, and the photo representations on our website may not always accurately reflect the current packaging. To ensure you receive the correct gift box contents, please contact us directly for details. Please note that returns will not be accepted for gift boxes if prior inquiry has not been made.
 
The same applies to Special and Limited Edition, as well as Collector’s Edition bottles. These items often share the same barcode and may be inaccurately listed in catalogs or menus across different platforms. We encourage you to call us to confirm the specific details of the bottle you wish to purchase, including proof, edition, batch, and year.
